Hi, I have been feeding my L6 ghost 1 extra small cricket each day and she isn't plump. Should I be worried?

If she isn't plump, it sounds like she can eat more!

my mantis ate 4 (!!!) small crickets in one day before getting plump so I think she'll be alright..maybe even eat more.

She needs more food, unless you want her to grow really slowly for some reason. .
