i have only fed mine crickets since i have got them back at around L3 its a hassel to get them to eat crickets sometimes because this species wont eat if they see you moving around but at the same time wont eat the cricket unless its right in front of them! i am switching to flies soon though just to see if it is any easier :)

 
maybe female presubadult. My S.pretiosa female is subadult and she has longer wings than yours
