so far the last few orders ive not been happy with, it took 2 weeks to ship out my order and the last 2 shipments of flies, theyve all arrived hatched or dead. Customer service is dismal at best.... all in all not a happy camper.

 
Doug, I emailed you about the bad order of flies and maggots I got from Forked tree ranch the same ones Katnapper ended up with, so You knew they were not available and I had to wait for a new order to come in. Also it is usually polite to let the seller know you have a problem and try to work it out with them, I heard nothing about a bad shipment you received until just now reading your feedback. I did email you when they went out so you could look for them in the mail. And if you check the site, I do indicate that they are guaranteed when purchasing the regular priority shipping which includes insulation. Many people here will tell you, even without the regular priority shipping fee, I always try to send them extra flies when they order. And I might add, No one, absolutly no one will take better care of an order for their customers than I do. I always include a frozen ice pack and paper packing, not like some people who throw your flies in a box and hope u can use what u get, as Oregon feeders do. Then after packing the order it goes back into the feeder refridgerator until I, meaning myself leaves for the post office two miles away, waiting for the last possible moment to take them, so they have the freshest chance of reaching you, risking the postmistress telling me off for waiting so late to come in. If you have anything else to say, say it to my email address first.

Well there is defiantly a misunderstanding of mis-communication, I was not told about the Forked Tree Ranch? My email only states theres a delay in the order. I say customer service is bad because your emails are very vague. And my last order was not guaranteed even though i told you in email about them. I don't want this to end badly, im only replying here so people understand there is a possibility of a major mis-communication.

UPDATE: she resent the BB flies and they all look good and unhatched, thanks mantisplace.

Well did a trade with Hibiscusmile one of her acromantis ooths for one of my nebulosa ooths and recieved her ooth today and she even included a miomantis ooth which has begun to hatch and everything is good and would do business with her again in the future!

 
Got fly pupa today. They arrived well and none hatched in transit. ;)

 
All i gotta say is Rebecca rocks :D Ive been buying from her for awhile know and everytime i talk to her or make a purchase it always is so pleasant the packing is always really good.I had bought a bunch of stuff from her, and on top of it she sent me a bunch of gambian nypmhs with the ooth...Its always a pleasure buying from her and i would recommend anyone to buy from her shes awsome to deal with thanks again Rebecca =] =]

 
Traded ooths with Rebecca, it came very fast(sent on Monday, recieved on Friday).

Sorry so late on this feedback. Once again, great transaction with Rebecca. We had a small bump, and she corrected the issue lickity-split. Mantis Place is great.

 
Purchasing from Rebecca has been my best online purchasing experience for anything I've ever ordered. Considering I am an avid amazon user and this package was the first order with living specimen; that is saying a lot. All mantids arrived alive with extras!!!! I watched a Parasphendale affinis take down a cricket in real life for the very first time today and I owe the awesome experience entirely to her. I emailed her repeatedly over the course of three days with questions and she never hesitated to dedicate time to answering me. I will definitely be doing business with her again. A+, two thumbs up, etc. Thank you Rebecca! :D

 
I did a trade with Rebecca and she came threw fast and great as always....Got some bbf's and she was so0oooo generous to give me some spikes on top of the bbf's thanks Rebecca....Always a pleasure :D

 
I got some feeders from Mantisplace, they have started hatching. Once again, great transaction with Rebecca. Highly recommended.

 
Bought some housefly and blue bottlefly pupa for a very nice price. All arrived well with only 2 hatch outs. Will purchase from again.

My gongylus are enjoying them :) .

I ordered from her a few weeks ago. Top notch seller. Only problem was I accidentaly ordered twice (in escence, I overpayed by accident) and still haven't been refunded the extra 30 something dollar overpayment, but I'm sure she will refund it soon. I know she wouldn't purposely take money from me like that.

Ive had very little problems with the mantisplace. All shipments arrive swiftly, and they are packaged well. Ive never had a nymph die during transit. My only issue is that I had a couple orders that were wrong. for example, I ordered an Psuedocreobotra ocellata but ended up getting some species of Creobroter. Still don't know what kind it was. I was such a newbie with mantises then I didn't know it wasn't the right kind until it was an adult. it had been so long since I ordered and had deleted the order confirmation, that I couldn't prove I had ordered something else. Other than that the mantis place is a great place to get a wide variety of mantises.
